Materials

Made from polished 304 food-grade stainless steel — the same grade used in commercial kitchens. The non-porous surface contains no plastic particles or wood odours, and carries no chemical coatings. Dimensions are 40 × 30 cm with a thickness of 1.5 mm.

Care and Cleaning

Fully dishwasher safe. Alternatively, the board rinses clean in seconds under the tap. The stainless steel surface does not harbour odours or stains and requires no special cleaning products or treatments.

How to Use

Hook the folded grip edge over the front of your bench to keep the board stable while cutting. The edge is designed to sit against granite, quartz, wood or composite surfaces without scratching. The surface also tolerates hot pans placed directly on it, making it suitable as a trivet.

Will the grip edge scratch my benchtop?

The folded grip edge is designed to sit gently against granite, quartz, wooden and composite surfaces without scratching. It hooks over the front of the bench rather than pressing down on the surface.
